With the institutional reforms in the examination year by year,English began to become a top priority,the importance and popularity of this subject is developing very quickly.From the beginning of the abandoned until now,it occupies the proportion of 120.In such an education reform under the big background of constantly,the promotion of the position of English to the English teachers is getting heavier and heavier burden.How to hold up this heavy burden,and how to make students produce strong interests in this subject,we need to try our best to do a good job for their own education.As first-line teachers,therefore,we must make different kinds of teaching methods to stimulate the students to study English with power and passion.In the process of continuous exploration,we all have a relatively unified feeling "Interest is the study of a magic weapon to win".How to let the students learn motivation in English,let them take their interest to the mystery of the self exploration English?On this issue,teachers tried many methods,get obvious effect.Questions such as debate discussion method,lottery method,series method,situational teaching method,gentlemen,and so on.In the exploration,"Little teacher system " attract my eyes,it is diverse,role transformation is quite beneficial to students.Due to,in accordance with the characteristics of history,combined with himself to the new curriculum idea,and Mr.Tao Kingship education ideas of "Little teacher system" of understanding,I chose the implementation of "Little teacher system"in junior school English lesson practice research.After the introduction,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly elaborates the origin and development of "Little teacher system",explains the "Little teacher system",the meaning of "Little teacher system".At the same time,according to the psychological characteristics of junior school students,the curriculum requirements and test the changes,set the current background of the principle:"Little teacher system",teaching method in junior middle school,the principle of cooperation and mutual assistance,and innovative.The second part mainly discusses the concrete implement process and the analysis of individual cases.According to the form and the need of curriculum reform,middle school students' curiosity,love to explore the nature and characteristics of this paper expounds the application of "Little teacher system" in the English teaching guidance and test the feasibility of the two aspects of after class.The third part is the implementation of "Little teacher system" in English teaching effect and reflection."Little teacher system" as the exploration of teaching reform or the early period of time,still there are many deficiencies among them,which requires our education workers to explore unceasingly,not only exert its potential,but also constantly improve so as to contribute to the history education,also provide demonstration for education career.
