Stratified teaching is on the premise of the difference of student development,teaching students in accordance of the individualized theory.In the teaching,the teacher must face all students.The students of different levels use different teaching objectives,using different methods of hierarchical teaching.Only in this way,it is possible for us to serve all the students in the knowledge and skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values,and the other aspects have been improved.This really realized the quality of education.At present,to carry out stratified teaching is very difficult in the high school.Firstly,the college entrance examination give us enormous pressure,this results that the implementation of the effect of stratified teaching is not build in one day.Secondly,the vast majority of high school teaching situation makes it is difficult to implement stratified teaching.This thesis is completed under this background.Despite the enormous pressure,but I still have to try to implement the layered teaching.Only to take action will create the possibility to success.This thesis takes the practice of biology teaching in senior high school as the research purpose.To learn the experience through literature method,observation method by means of practical research to find the basis,to determine whether the effective practice of this study with the action research method and experience summary method to obtain the conclusion.The core content of the thesis is the practice of senior high school biology teaching.I have to learn other people’s hierarchical method through access to various documents and information.Then I combined with my own teaching practice to carry out stratified teaching.The concrete practice is to stratify students firstly,then according to different levels of students to develop different teaching objectives and to use different teaching methods.Finally,I hoped that the students at all levels will be able to learn the purpose of the study.Through six months of hard practice and exploration,hierarchical teaching has achieved some results for students of all levels have improved slightly.This shows that it is feasible to carry out the hierarchical teaching in senior high school,and the practice of biology teaching in senior high school has certain practical significance.This thesis provides more suggestions for the future implementation of hierarchical teaching.Also have a profound impact on my education and teaching career.But in the specific implementation process also encountered a lot of difficulties and problems.For example,how to make the hierarchical teaching more suitable for students and how to make teachers more suitable for stratified teaching,these are the problems that need to be solved step by step in the course of teaching in the future.
