As an evaluation mechanism of teachers’ personal skill and ecological environment of teaching in the 21th century,classroom observation not only feds back to the true situation but also seems to be a good method by acting as a bridge to evaluate teachers’professional development.With the classroom observation improving and being perfected,teachers’ professional skill benefits much from normal observation named by four dimensions、twenty visual angles、sixty-eight observation points,which also gradually become a chronic tool to evaluate the effect of teaching.As a professional practical behavior advice based on theories,now many scholars all have own exploration experience and achievements.For example,Shen Yi and Cui Yunhou both come up with more rich concepts and contents about the experience instruction and theory of classroom observation.Under the current educational system,classroom observation plays a more important role in promoting teachers’ professional development.So how do we put it in practice?What guideline functions does it has on teachers around us?Theses questions are still thoughtful.This thesis sets out from the origin of classroom observation,including definition of concepts,significance of implementation,and even research status at home and abroad.At first,such thesis develops series of teaching reflection about carrying out classroom observation.For example,this thesis builds four steps methods by building observation cooperation,raising observation points,outstanding projecting points and even integrating effective points.Similar to this,such thesis also combines author’s educational experience and rethinks the limitations of classroom observation and secondary exploration in middle school.Then it develops and systematically processes the connection for data aimed to questionnaire,and seeks for the basis of teachers’ professional development.This thesis contrasts and processes teachers’ average and excellent rate,and applies for SPSS to find out the reliability analysis of the questionnaire,all will help to point out the direction of teachers’ professional accomplishment.Finally,this thesis processes and points out,teachers’ professional development doesn’t simply rely on granges to mechanically assess teachers’ skill or development potential in middle school’s physical environment.In the course of actual observation,weneed to think about the needs of teachers’ development to develop the training of point to point for teaching skill.What all do aims to select the excellent teachers.However,classroom observation’s botany has overall impacts on students and seem to be more prominent.Such has valuable directive significance in proceed of carrying out classroom observation.
