Research On Evaluation System Of Logistics Efficiency In Local Universities

The high school offers great intellectual support for China's social and economic development.University logistics service department is the normal operation of the"lubricating oil".The status of the logistics management directly affects the overall strength of the high school progress or not.However,at present,experts and scholars have paid little attention to the problems encountered in the development of university logistics.And more attention is paid to the ranking of the comprehensive strength of universities.This leads to the problem that almost none of research production about the efficiency of university logistics.When the local university logistics efficiency evaluation system true,the logistics department can find the problem intuitively by quantitative analysis.So the efficiency of logistics operations can be improved constantly.The thesis is based on the theory of social work division.And the research focuses on the input and output of the logistics.By analysing the functions of university logistics and considering the design of indicators,finally,choosing input index and output index scientifically and reasonably.The design of local university logistics efficiency evaluation system has been discussed through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Collecting the relevant data of the four schools in Nanjing and comparing the operation efficiency of the small scale university logistics system by using the evaluation system.At the same time,putting forward some suggestions on the reform of university logistics socialization combined with the previous studies.First,everyone must establish confidence,adhere to the road of reform of University Logistics Socialization.Second,university should strip logistics assets,solve the problems in logistics staff and establish the supervision system to promote the development of logistics socialization.Third,the government should implement the relevant preferential policies of the state and increase the input of subsidies for university logistics,and give full play to the leading role of the government in the process of socialization of College logistics.Finally,some suggestions are given.It will serve the university logistics management,the majority of teachers and students,the colleges and universities,the relevant government departments.Hopping this study will appeal to the community to pay more attention to the research of logistics efficiency and related issues.More attention will promote the university logistics efficiency evaluation system with the times,and constantly improve itself.
