| The former Soviet Union famous basketball coach Gore Miles Ki said: "The athletes,coaches and referees are the three sides of the basketball triangle,and they are equal,if one side of the triangle is changed,the triangle is changed." This indirectly shows the importance of basketball referees in basketball,the basketball referee is not only the concrete executor of the basketball competition rules,but also the organizer and manager of the basketball game,it is an indispensable part of basketball.The first level basketball referee is one of the important intermediate forces,it is the watershed of referee level from the general level to the advanced level,student referee is a new generation of power,it is of great significance to improve the students’ ability to judge the referee on the spot.At present,the same as the whole country,Shandong province college student basketball referee referee level is not high and uneven,there are divergent views on the influencing factors,the cause of the problem and the systematic study of the measures are imminent.Based on this problem,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the level of basketball referees in the colleges and universities of Shandong Province by means of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics,and combined with expert interviews summed up the improvement suggestions.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The questionnaire Cronbach’s a coefficient is 0.82,which is the influencing factor of the level of the referee’s level of referee in the university of Shandong province;KMO value is 0.698,and the significance level is less than 0.05,the letter and validity have reached the research requirements.2.Through factor analysis,a total sample of 6 factors,respectively for judging psychological factors,judging skill factor,judging social relationship,judging the objective environmental factors,judging the moral level and judging competitive factor.The psychological factors include 6 items,namely,the degree of self-confidence,the ability to control the motivation,the ability to grasp the mental state,the ability to control the impression,the ability to balance the mind and the will;the cutting skill factor consists of 5 items,namely,the ability to deal with emergencies,the degree of proficiency in the use of rules,the degree of understanding of the referee’s knowledge,the ability to control the game,and the ability to cooperate with the referee;the influence factors include 4 items,namely,the influence of the presence of acquaintances,the influence of the peer presence,the influence of the presence of the leader,and the influence of the relationship intervention;the objective environmental factors include 4 items,which are the hardware condition,the organization of the game,the number of spectators and the culture of the grandstand;the level of moral quality of the ruling includes two items,namely,the degree of attention,the moral quality;the nature of the competition consists of four items,namely,the level of the game,the importance of the game,the intensity of the game,the scale of the game.3.According to the 6 factors affecting the level of college students in Shandong Province basketball the referee level,experts believe that in order to reduce the impact of 6 factors,need to focus on understanding the ruling objective and responsibility,improve the psychological quality,increase remediation and improve the literacy education to judge professional operation ability,students and schools together to create practice opportunities and give full play to the advantages of combining short-term and long-term attention training methods comprehensively improve the level of students’ basketball the referee level. |
