| With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the children’s living conditions are getting better and better,many children have become a treasure of parents,grew up in the greenhouse.Parents too care that children will not exercise opportunity,its endurance is relatively poor.In addition,in the current context of the exam oriented education,school education is more emphasis on student achievement,for the mental health of the students pay no attention,which also led to a lot of students is relatively weak,when difficulties and setbacks,they have not been able to solve problems independently of the ability and experience,it is easy to give up.Nowadays,students’ psychological problems are becoming more and more serious.Families,schools and society pay more and more attention to improving students’ frustration.In order to improve and enrich the students way of endurance,this paper through the literature method,experimental method,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to the fourth grade primary school students in Jinan culture a total of 60 subjects were studied on the influence of frustration tolerance of Taekwondo students.The following conclusions are drawn in the study:1,the primary cause of psychological frustration is: lack of children’s family education in the development of frustration education;school education guidance deviation;adverse social environment;the impact of internal factors.2,through the experiment,we can conclude that after the experiment,the experimental group has a significant increase in the resistance to frustration,while the control group has no significant increase in frustration.This shows that Taekwondo Teaching has a positive effect on Pupils’ frustration.3,through the analysis can be concluded that the premise of improving the ability to withstand setbacks to develop strong will quality,establish the appropriate level of ambition,develop tolerance and entrepreneurial spirit.4,to promote students Taekwondo resilience advantage: to enhance self-confidence,improve the emotional state;improve interpersonal relationship,cultivate the consciousness of cooperation and competition;improve students’ ability of anti frustration,a sense of achievement;to improve youth physical fitness5,after the experiment,the inverse quotient of the experimental group was increased,but the effect was not very significant.From this we can see that the students frustration and stress increase,not a short duration of time things,but requires a certain process,we can see more significant effect. |
