Since 1980s, Chinese-foreign cooperation in education had a great development. It has been an important part of higher education from the edge side of higher education.With deepened of economic system reform, faced the internationalization development environment, higher education also had a big step on the road of reformation.Chinese-foreign cooperation in education, as the important means of study abroad but stay inland, was the test field of learning the international experience of education and introducing of high quality educational resources. Construct high level model Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools or specialties fully play the diffusive roles of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools or specialties deeply push the reformation of Chinese higher education teaching, these were all the important steps of higher education internationalization.As the center of Central Plains Economic Zone, Henan is a province with large population and agriculture province. The resource of higher education is less than many other provinces. As a new higher education style, Chinese-foreign cooperation in education supplements the inadequate education resources of Henan province. Nan yang Institute of Technology (NIT) is a Local undergraduate institution in the south-west of Henan province, it has the highly representation of local undergraduate institution in Henan province. This research took the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running specialties of NIT as the model, intergraded theory with practice, investigated the present situation, existing puzzles, solving tactics and development tendency of Chinese-foreign cooperation in education in local undergraduate institutions.The thesis was formed by six aspects: first, explains the background and significance of the investigation. Second is literature review. Third is content and method of the investigation. Fourth is elaborating the Present situation of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running specialties of NIT. Fifth is exploring the problem of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running specialties of NIT. The last part is the deep expatiate the countermeasure and suggestion of Chinese-foreign cooperation development in NIT.This research could help the local institutions got a deep understanding of Chinese-foreign cooperation in education, provided experience for local institutions in Chinese-foreign cooperation, it was also provide some experience and decision reference for NIT's Chinese-foreign cooperation and education internationalization.
