On The Cultivation Strategy Of Interdisciplinary Organizations In Local Universities

In the background of "Internet Education" under the globalization of information research,the traditional way of thinking,cooperation,communication has brought tremendous impact,scientific research work presents more and more highly integrated features,strong application and so on.The Nobel prize winners in the past century are more and more in the field of interdisciplinary research,which shows that the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge is very powerful.Our research university interdisciplinary organization is in the construction phase,relatively speaking,interdisciplinary organization of local colleges and universities are in the preliminary stages of construction,based on this,this paper preliminary explored the cultivation strategy of local university interdisciplinary organization.Cultivation strategy in this study refers to the process to achieve the goal of interdisciplinary organizations from scratch in local universities,according to some set of possible problems solution to solve the problem,including the interdisciplinary organizations planning how to develop,how to configure how staff,resource allocation,organizational form,daily management assessment of how etc.first,cultivating strategies of this study uses literature analysis method established local university interdisciplinary organization "Questionnaire",through the test to determine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and finally determine the questionnaire of this study.Then,using the method of questionnaire and factor analysis identified common factors and cultivation strategy of local the university interdisciplinary organization.Finally,through the comparative research and comprehensive analysis,including the construction of Cross disciplinary organization culture compatibility,qualified researchers,scientific management of interdisciplinaryorganizations,cross disciplinary organization operation strategy,interdisciplinary organization evaluation strategy,model of diverse interdisciplinary organization form in six dimensions.Local university interdisciplinary organization cultivation strategy is preliminary strategic countermeasures in construction of local university interdisciplinary organization,this research from the interdisciplinary organization culture strategy,training strategy researchers,interdisciplinary organization management strategy,evaluation strategy,operation strategy of interdisciplinary organization of interdisciplinary organization,six aspects of interdisciplinary organization construction strategy of the initial construction of local university interdisciplinary organization strategy.
