Vocational education has been treated one of the most important parts in our country's education system.Along with the dramatic expansion in school size in recent years,our country's vocational education has trained a large amount of high skilled talents and created a more highly skilled workforce for local social and economic development.But the development of vocational education still cannot meet the requirements of economic development.Educational mode and school conditions regarded as the bottlenecks,have restricted the development of vocational education greatly.Moreover,other factors including the loose connection between schools and enterprises,education and industry,and particularly the failure to establish practice-oriented talent training mode also have greatly restricted the development of vocational education.It was very important to put forward the direction of vocational school-running mode reform.Vocational schools kept exploring the new modern vocational education system,to train and provide strong human resource support for local social and economic development,to enhance its innovation and revolution.A number of vocational schools put forward the pattern of introducing enterprises into schools and achieved the expected effects.With EACC(Enterprise-Academy Crossover Collaboration of www.gqt168.com)of Guangdong Foreign Trade School as an example,this study would investigate the collaboration of their stakeholders and functioning mechanism and their satisfaction,analyze the interests conflicts among stakeholders,and how to achieve their interests balance by utilizing interest coordination theory,and what part the various stakeholders should play in the vocational education reform.Additionally,the study would also attempt to put forward effective suggestions for school-running mode reform which was appropriate for the sustained and healthy development of China's vocational education.
