Guangxi G Career Technical College Assets Management Reform Optimization Research

In recent years,with the promotion of national policies,China’s higher vocational colleges have been further developed.Higher vocational colleges as a special institution,between enterprises and other administrative units,has its own unique characteristics,needs to be different from other units and organizations more reasonable and effective way to manage management.In view of the development stage of Guangxi’s higher vocational colleges development and educational level is different,G career technical college must learn from foreign schools directly advanced method and optimization model,must pass the analysis of the current situation of Higher Vocational Colleges in China and the problems encountered,explore the mode and method applicable to all types of Vocational Colleges in China,summarize the experience and lessons,so that the management mode and method for the higher vocational colleges in Guangxi.At present,research universities asset management a lot of literature,the actual implementation degree,and the research on asset management of Higher Vocational Colleges and higher vocational colleges is not much different from the undergraduate colleges,the school has a unique purpose and management mode.Today,many higher vocational colleges asset management is still not standardized,and cards,the account does not match the phenomenon exists,mainly the traditional manual mode on the management to the tedious and time-consuming,personnel allocation and information management level can not keep up.I am working in asset management in higher vocational colleges,the necessity of deeply reform,therefore,combined with their actual work,a great quantity of data,to the existingmode of assets management in Higher Vocational Colleges as the center,try to design ideas from the management,organizational structure,internal system and resource optimization of several key modules,taking Guangxi G Career Technical College as an example study,in order to provide reference for improving the reform of asset management optimization model in Higher Vocational colleges.
