Research On The Safety Potential Of School Bus In Rural Kindergarten Of Xiangtan City

With the rapid development of China's economy,rural school bus as a new thing in the public view,the emergence of rural school bus to facilitate the rural students(children)to school,but also to their lives and property security threat.School bus accident in the event will cause huge economic losses and casualties,is not conducive to the harmonious and stable development of society.July 10,2014,Xiangtan City,Yuhu District,Xiangtang Town,Le Yue Wang kindergarten driver Zheng Youhua driving Xiang CG5210 school bus to send their children home,the vehicle fell into a Shitang pond,resulting in eight children,three adults People die,resulting in direct economic losses of up to 675 million yuan.This major school bus safety accident(hereinafter referred to as Xiangtan "7.10" accident)to school bus safety issues once again to the cusp,causing a high degree of social concern,but also to more people began to pay attention to rural kindergarten children's traffic safety situation.Although the Government has taken a series of remediation measures,but the school bus safety issues have not been completely resolved,school bus safety accidents are constantly repeated staged.This shows that China's school bus security situation is still very serious,the rural kindergarten school bus safety risk prevention and control is imperative.The main content of this paper is to study the security risks of school bus in rural kindergartens in Xiangtan city.In order to solve the hidden dangers of Xiangtan city government in handling the safety problems of school kindergarten in rural kindergarten,Firstly,this paper discusses the status quo of school bus safety in rural kindergartens in Xiangtan City,and analyzes the current situation of school bus safety in rural kindergartens of Xiangtan City from the aspects of school bus demand,school bus condition,school bus condition and school bus driver.This paper analyzes the measures of Xiangtan city government in the management of rural kindergarten school bus,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the safety of school kindergarten in rural kindergarten,such as the standardization of management,household registration,dynamic management and normalization supervision.The paper analyzes the causes of the main hidden dangers of school bus safety in rural kindergartens in Xiangtan City.Finally,it analyzes the safety problems of school kindergartens in rural areas of Xiangtan City,Put forward specific measures to prevent countermeasures.
