Research On Entrepreneurship System Of PE Colleges

The reform and development of higher education in China put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.The demand for innovative talents is the key factor in the process of personnel training in colleges and universities.Entrepreneurship as a highly innovative activities,as many colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents of the main means.At the same time,it is also a powerful means to solve the employment problem of college students and bring the employment of college students.Therefore,to encourage college students to become the current trend of college colleges and universities.As an important part of higher education,sports colleges and universities should actively respond to the call of higher education to encourage college students to start their own business and cultivate entrepreneurial sports talents.Especially sports professional "employment difficulties households" identity changes,but also need to rely on entrepreneurship to drive employment for a successful transition.In addition,the "healthy China" concept put forward,the development of sports industry ushered in a new opportunity.Sports entrepreneurs as a boost to promote the vigorous development of the sports industry,should be the full development of their own quality to meet the challenges of the future.Therefore,to understand the wishes,characteristics and ideas of college students’ entrepreneurship,it is very beneficial to cultivate entrepreneurial sports talents,and can promote the great development of sports in our country.The main contents of the study include the following parts:(1)the definition of college students’ entrepreneurship,including the connotation,meaning,motivation and characteristics of college students’ entrepreneurship;(2)expound the present situation and problems of college students’ entrepreneurship;(3)Economic development and the development of sports industry,the development needs of higher physical education institutions and the development needs of PE students in three aspects of physical education colleges and universities as a sports college students entrepreneurial background to briefly outline the status quo of college students in our country;(4)According to the status quo and problems of college students’ physical education in Yangtze University,(5)Based on the present situation and problems of college students’ entrepreneurial support system,(6)Based on the present situation and problems of college students’ The above theoretical and empirical research,at the same time,draw lessons from the research results in related fields at home and abroad,use the theory of management,design and coordinate the objectives of the stakeholders fromthe theoretical level,and put forward constructive suggestions to the problems of college students’ entrepreneurship in our country.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The entrepreneurial entrepreneurship of college students is to realize the survival and development needs,and to find and grasp the entrepreneurial opportunities in the economic society by means of the existing resources and their own ability.Products or services,and ultimately to achieve self-worth and social value of the series of activities;(2)the significance of college students entrepreneurship is to enhance students’ ability to innovate,ease employment pressure,promote economic development and university reform,cultivate innovative talents;(3)The characteristics of college students ’entrepreneurship are to participate in the small scale,the technology and the students’(4)From the aspects of China’s economic development and the development of sports industry,the development needs of higher physical education institutions and the needs of college students’ own development in sports colleges and universities,and the development of sports industry;(5)Taking the Yangtze River University as an example,the college students of our higher physical education department are interested in the entrepreneurial spirit.The main motive of their participation in entrepreneurship is self-realization,industry management experience and so on;(6)on the basis of understanding the policy of entrepreneurship support in physical education institutions,to build a policy and regulations to support,entrepreneurship education,venture capital fund(venture capital),the establishment of the government and the government to support their efforts to improve the space;(7)In the face of the problems of college students’ entrepreneurship,the paper puts forward some improvement measures from the three levels of school,government and society.
