Schulman,an American educator,divided teacher knowledge into seven categories in an open academic communication,and put forward the concept of pedagogical knowledge.Pedagogical content knowledge is the core of teachers’ knowledge.Since the introduction of the 2011 edition of the new curriculum standards,the professional quality of music teachers is also put forward higher requirements,the teacher’ s own knowledge structure will have a great impact on the development of students.In recent years,many domestic scholars from the relevant knowledge of PCK and relate it to different disciplines,the research is relatively rich and English,mathematics,biology combination,but the combination of music and the study method of this paper will take an empirical based on the junior high school music teachers PCK measurement,in order to get a promotion effective teaching strategies of teachers knowledge development.In this paper,from the perspective of teacher education and development,combined with the general education,psychology,and other fields of knowledge to conduct research.Methods through literature review,questionnaire survey,interviews,and detailed describes the current situation of teachers’ pedagogical knowledge development,and extract the inadequacies existing in the stage,and analyzes the reasons and proposes some thoughts and suggestions of effective.The first part:in the introduction,the author introduces the origin,background,significance,object and research methods of the research.Secondly,it expounds the related concepts,which provides the theoretical support for the follow-up study.The second part:from the Guilin,randomly selected seven representative schools(public private junior high school,junior high school,rural middle school),through the questionnaire survey,collection and collation of teacher interviews to the original data,and classification are described,finally summed up the current situation of Guilin city junior high school music teaching and the deficiency of the.The third part:in view of the above problems and the reasons for the analysis,the author gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
