As a part of social practice,teaching should be full of rational spirit.Teachers should question dosely,analyze mentally and find rational and irrational parts during the teaching practice which under the instruction of teaching rational vice versa we can have better leading and instruct teaching practice further.Only Teachers who get teaching rational can avoid the veiling of rational and can they become not only a teacher and find their professional development.In the research,teaching rational mainly focuses on the existing and application problems of Chinese teachers teaching rational on the teaching practice field domain.During class teaching,we can see the specific reflect of teaching rational in teacher whereas they also influenced by their irrational factors sometimes.The interactions of factors like experience,institutional norm,teaching ideas and etc may lead to teachers sank into the experience teaching,standard teaching and the offside of implement reason.We need teachers to consider their teaching practice rationally,find out whether the teaching ideas and outer institution suit the practice and the rational part of irrational to get rid of the constrain from the query of theories and institutions.Query yourself and query other teaching experience and find yourself in this query.Explore your teaching intention and clear the relationship between teachers,students and technology to get rid of just being the executor of teaching.This research uses literature research method,case study method and interviewing method to tease literature at domestic and abroad,definite teaching rational in the research and study basing on class teaching field domain.This research introduces the characteristics and connotations of teaching rational through teasing the definition about ration.The impl i cat ions of teaching rational in this research are mainly as follows.From character,teaching rational is a preciseness thinking proccess,a rational thinking idea with high condensation level,and a rational spirit.From function,teaching rational can cultivate the rat ion thought and can criticize and query under certain si tuat ion.From applying,recessive practice knowledge will turn into domination and systematize through teaching rational and lead the teaching program.From its characteristics,there are irrational parts during the rational teaching and rational part in irrational.This research through the relevant studies about education practical knowledge and introspect practitioner.The education practical knowledge research will analyze and collect the silent and hidden part of recessive practical knowledge about teachers' personal life history,learned educational theory and learning from famous teachers.This includes rational elements and irrational elements which need teacher introspect about it.Thus,this research holds the idea that the teaching rational comes from personal life,learning theory,teaching habits,learned from famous teacher,teaching field domain and introspection.This research is based on education field domain to analyze the rational parts reflect in theory and practical.Chinese teachers' teaching rational on theory level will appear on class standard,relevant laws and policies,relevant study literature,teaching observation and evaluation of class teaching.Prove the rationalization of Chinese teacher teaching rational through the theory and practice in teaching rational.This research analyzes the irrational elements excursion leads to experience teaching,standard teaching and the implement rational offside.Showing that the irrational has its own rational part.Chinese teachers should know the experience,idea standard,teaching techniques.Whether have a correct understanding about irrational,the leading is the most important.This research will accomplish teaching rational through teachers' introspect,practice and cooperation.It shows specific in teacher introspect their teaching experience,education theory accomplish the compact of teaching idea.Handle problems of cultivating which kinds of student and how to cultivate correctly in teaching practice,innovate the method of teaching,and apply teaching technique properly to build teaching practical scheme under rational teaching idea,meanwhile reflect,criticize,internalize others teaching in cooperation and exchange.And it will accomplish teachers teaching rational of Chinese in this constructing continuously process.
