Research On The Cultivation Of Students' Quality In Private Colleges

As early as the beginning of reform and opening up,China's government put forward the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.In particular,the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Planwhich was introduced by the government in the 1990spointed out:"Private education is an important growth point of national education and the key to realizing educational reform."For various reasons,China's private higher education is mainly concentrated in such three places as Beijing,Shanxi,Jiangxi.In order to respond to the relevant policies promulgated by the government,the number of domestic private colleges and universities has increased year by year,but the quality is mixed.Taking the connotation of the quality of the students' training in private colleges and universities as the breakthrough point,this paper analyses the quality of the students and training mode in private colleges and universities at home and abroad,aiming to find the deficiencies in the current quality training in private colleges and universities,and thus puts forward the new model of the quality training of private colleges and universitiesunder the condition of market economy.This study mainly makes use of literature review,theoretical analysis,corresponding survey and other methods to understand the way of quality cultivation conducted by foreign private schools.Therefore,by meansof the integration of my work in Jiangxi University of Technology with the analysis of main factors of the quality of student training,the study finds that training orientation,concept change,and individualized teaching are the key factors in the training of private colleges and universities.And taking the students' ideological quality,theoretical basis,practical ability and so forth as the evaluation standard of the students' quality training,the paper puts forward the theoretical basis and practical experience for the quality of students' training in private colleges and universities in combination with the orientation of Jiangxi University of Technology and the quality of their students' training.I hope that my research can provide a reference for the private colleges and universities to cultivate the high-quality talents needed by the society,and I would make unremitting efforts to serve for higher education.
