Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Private Secondary Schools In Enshi Prefecture Sports

Since the fourteenth National Congress of the CPC,private schools are developing rapidly in the whole country and gain more and more attention of the society,it has been hot topics in educational field.A lot of scholars has noticed the education problem of non-governmental schools and doing research on it.Enshi located in the north of Wuling Mountain's central area,the whole Wuling Mountain area includes 71 counties(cities,districts)of Hubei,Hunan,Guizhou and Chongqing province.It is a revolutionary old area,ethnic area and poverty-stricken area.This area has large interface,gathered a lot of ethnic minority,also the poor population is widely distributed in these areas,it is also an important economic cooperation area.In 2012,government has determined Wuling Mountain Area as a pilot area for regional development and poverty alleviation.To develop the economy,developing education is an important part for country,society,family and personal role.High quality and balanced education construction will be an important part of Wuling Mountain Area's regional development and poverty alleviation pilot.Due to the vigorous development and support from government,Wuling Mountain Area's private education has been developing continuously.It has great significance for studying the developing physical education in private schools.Therefore,studying the development of private schools can help developing economic and cultural sustainable in Wuling Mountain area.Moreover,development of private schools in the Wuling Mountain area has great significance of students' physical health level.Based on the current situation of five private middle schools in Enshi,this paper investigates the present situation of private middle school's physical education in Enshi by using literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems existing in Enshi private schools,and provides reference for the healthy and sustainable development of private middle schools in Enshi.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:1.The construction of physical education teachers is not reasonable.Most of the teachers are young people with high education,only a few female physical education teachers,teachers' workload is large,but benefits are poor,wages lower than other subjects' teachers,life pressure is high,also job training opportunities are lessor.2.Sports management system lack of scientific and rational.Physical education teaching management mechanism is not perfect;the school leaders did not pay enough attention on physical education.3.In physical education classroom teaching,the arrangement of teaching plan is too arbitrary,the goal of physical education curriculum is not enough;sports and health curriculum is not enough,most of the teachers can develop teaching and lesson plans,but the implementation of the plans is not enough.4.Most of physical education teaching contents are traditional sports,lack of new sports arrangements.5.The choice of teaching methods is not reasonable,mainly in administrative class teaching,lacking innovation.6.Extracurricular sports activities carried out poorly.Few times and project.7.Lacking sports venues and equipment,only a few physical education funds.
