Research On Network Hostility Governance

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the diversity of communication terminals, such as smart phones, let the information transmission form become more and more free.In the meantime ,Internet users using the Internet express opinions is becoming more and more convenient. Due to lack of self-discipline, the Internet users have many anomie behaviors. The anomie behaviors map the Internet users' increasingly extreme mentality and emotion--network hostility.In this paper, the writer reasearches on the concept of network hostility, it's formation process, causes and the negative impact. Based on this study ,the writer would propose the methods to conrol the network hostility and provide reference to curb the spread of network hostility .Network hostility is a kind of extremely extreme psychological mood in the cyberspace, with violent characteristics.Network hostility formation generally includes four stages,the show period, accumulation period, the outbreak and decay.Network hostility is the result of all kinds of factors.From the perspective of social reality, the widening gap between rich and poor and the gradual solidification of social strata are the real factors of network hostility .From the perspective of communication channels, the non-objectivity of the news media and the abuse of opinion leaders are the communication factors of network hostility .From the perspective of main users, the existence of individual Internet users vent psychology and herd mentality of the crowd is the main psychological factors of network hostility. As a extreme extreme psychological,network hostility's existence will have harmful consequences. Some netizens will act in violation of legal principles and violate the individual's rights under the hostility of the network; the existence of network hostility also intensifies social contradictions to a certain extent and affects social harmony. At the same time, network hostility is virtually to stimulate the generation of violent acts, undermine the network space order.Faced with these difficulties, all parties should work together.Internet users should enhance their media literacy and the critical ability of information.Network news medias should strengthen self-discipline and take the responsibility of "gatekeeper" . Opinion leaders should control the use of the right to speak and maintain the order of cyberspace.Government should strengthen the rule of law, protect people's livelihood, and curb the emergence of network hostility from the roots.
