The Research On The Rural Sports Culture From The Perspective Of Community Govemance

With the development and progress of social economy, push forward new rural construction in our country, rural community sports culture as an important job content has been further development, at the same time in the journey of building a harmonious socialist society stride forward, the sports culture in rural areas is particularly important in the construction of community spiritual civilization. Rural community is not only the farmers'lives, but also their spiritual home, and sports culture as a kind of rural community culture,with its versatility in play an important role in the construction of rural communities, rural community sports culture construction can not only guarantee the farmers' health, but also can enrich the cultural life of farmers, further integration and optimization of the rural community resources, promoting the construction of new rural communities and the transformation of the rural society. From the perspective of community governance, this paper probes into the problems related to the construction and development of sports culture in rural communities.The construction of this paper is mainly based on relevant theories of sports culture construction and community governance, based on the further analysis to explore the interaction of the rural sports culture construction and community governance, research in C village community in Beijing. Using the questionnaire survey and other research methods,in-depth rural community, C of village community sports culture in Beijing, construction situation, etc, into the research analysis, and then from the Angle of community governance,depth analysis of the influence factors of sports culture construction existing problems behind.Finally, This paper puts forward some Suggestions for constructing rural community sports culture from the perspective of community governance.
