With the diversified development of the social value orientation,China's education is in the process of transformation from traditional to modern,and the emergence of teaching-learning conflict is inevitable.High quality teaching shouldn't and can't avoid teaching-learning conflict.As an important part of teaching and learning,the students have an important influence on the trend of teaching-learning conflict.What position should the students be in is related to the quality of students' development and the effectiveness of teaching and learning.Teaching-learning conflict refers to the mutual contradiction and confrontation between teachers and students in the teaching objectives,contents,methods,evaluation and so on,for the reason of different concept,position and understanding level.The reasonable position of students refers to the attitude unification of pride and modest in the process of teaching and learning;and it refers to the development from the plane confrontation situation of forword and backward to the spacial mutual promotion and spiral rise.To be concrete,its performance is to give students due power and status in the aspects of the control of the right to speak,the use of teaching resources,students' participation of teaching behavior,students' obeyance of teaching management and so forth.This paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and content of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,and the ideas and methods of the research.The second part is the literature review,which expounds the relative theories of social conflict and subjectivity,combs related researches and practice programme of teaching-learning conflict.The third part is the definition and discrimination of the core concept of "conflict","teaching-learning conflict",and "students' position".The fourth part is the investigation on the teaching position of senior high school students in teaching-learning conflict.To some extent,senior high school students have shown the position contradiction in teaching-learning conflict,whose specific performance is students' high discourse demands with lower awareness to deploy the educational resources and thelimited use of teaching resources;the students,who obey the teaching management in teaching-learning conflict,are not very modest with the teachers in attitude in the teaching-learning communication;the participation degree for the students to take in the teaching process in teaching-learning conflict tends to be a state of differentiation.The fifth part is the theoretical analysis of senior high school students' position in teaching-learning conflict.Teaching-learning conflict originates in human's subjectivity,and the process of teaching and learning calls for the subjectivity of teachers and students.Therefore,teaching-learning conflicts cannot be eliminated because human's subjectivity cannot be eliminated.The students are incomplete subjects,and students' position is based on students' incomplete existence in teaching-learning conflict.Reasonable students' position is needed to form teachers and students' mutual promotion rather than the internal friction.The sixth part is the countermeasures and suggestions on the establishment of students' reasonable position from the aspects of teachers,schools,students,families,and society to give reasonable proposals.In the actual teaching process,we should establish and respect the students' subjective status,and properly deal with the teaching-learning conflict.The teachers should guide students' discourse demands.The schools should improve the utilization rate of the teaching resources.The students should optimize their participation in the process of teaching and learning.Families and schools should cooperate with each other to expand the foundations for the students to obey the teaching management.The society should create a modest cultural atmosphere for the students to communicate with each other.Therefore,they can form students' reasonable position with a joint force.
