In the social relation network means responsibilities exist everywhere,responsibility is the role of the stipulation.Teachers’ teaching responsibility is that the teacher in the teaching process for moral requirements and the role of norms and assume the teaching mission,in accordance with the provisions of the duties of teaching behavior and its consequences,the establishment of it is the basis of jurisprudence,ethics and education,etc.Teachers’ teaching responsibility connotation is rich: From the responsibility level,including teaching obligations and conscience;From the angle of responsibility relations,including responsible for yourself,responsible to the students,and socially responsible;In terms of the structure of responsibilities,including from the inside out of teaching responsibility cognition,emotion,ability and action;From the perspective of the content of responsibility,and includes the responsibility of teaching preparation before class,class teaching on the implementation of responsibility and the duty of teaching after class.Teachers’ teaching responsibility although rich but is not unlimited,need a liability limited by separating expect and comments.Through to the middle school teachers’ teaching responsibility implementation degree of questionnaire survey and interviews analysis,that the realization of teachers’ teaching responsibility appeared the dislocation of the words and actions,and the contradiction between inner conscience and external regulations.The factors that affect middle school teachers’ teaching responsibility implementation are: limited liability box,such as the management system of the school teachers teaching inspection with the utilitarianism on the title assess,cultural value pursuit,such as face culture and examination,teachers’ self-imposed exile,such as teachers’ personalteaching commitment and teaching habits,autonomous and teachers’ collective responsibility.Implementation of middle school teachers’ teaching responsibility lies in:in the first,through the development of responsible idea,refined,responsibility system and building a school-based accountability mechanism to realize the innovation of the management practice;Second is the culture of school culture to cultivate responsibility atmosphere,face is function,the reconstruction of teaching responsibility in order to realize the responsibility of cultural consciousness;The third is through establishing teaching responsibility consciousness and the sense of responsibility,to form a good habit of teaching,enhance the responsibility of teaching ability,build quality responsibility and the optimization of classroom teaching,classroom.
