Analysis On The Construction Of China Community Education Demonstration Zones

Community education is performed within the community aiming at improving the community members' overall levels of knowledge and the quality of life,promoting the sustainable development of community.In order to promote the further development of community education,starting from the reality of our country,national community education demonstration zones are established to lay a good foundation on perfecting lifelong education system and promoting the construction of a learning society.First of all,the basic theories of community education are: based on the theory of lifelong education theory,endogenous impetus on the theory of lifelong learning,learning organization theory as the exogenous factors,value pursuit of civilian education theory,and the path depend on the theory of life education.Second,by analyzing the American community college education,the British Neighborhood cultural pavilion,the German “dual system” of vocational & adult education,and the Nordic community education practice,we can provide some useful reference for the construction of China community education demonstration zones.Then again,take the construction of Hangzhou Binjiang national community education demonstration zones as an example to understand the construction of community education mode,progress and measures,and to find problems that still exist such as: the connotation of position is not clear,community residents' awareness of learning is not active,resources integration Is not valid,the Development is not balanced and the inadequate of the security conditions,etc.Finally,according to current situation of community education,using the experience of foreign community education,the advice on the construction of China community education demonstration zones are: improving the organization network,resources network,information network “three networks”,to enhance its service function;building community streets centered,community schools dominated,community colleges as the core,community residents autonomy based “four platforms”,to optimize the operation mode;implying the digital community construction project,the community geriatric education construction project,the community vocational education construction project,the learning city community education construction project,the new urbanization community education project “five projects”,to promote the development of connotation;improving the organizational leadership mechanism,fund input mechanism,talent cultivation mechanism,evaluation of incentive mechanism,scientific research innovation mechanism,public opinion guiding mechanism “six mechanisms”,to implement safeguard measures.
