| The teacher’s pre-service training is becoming an important part of the nation al education system,which determined the good and bad of the quality of teache rs from the root,and played an immeasurable role in the entire education system.Under the influence of the new curriculum and the professionalization of teacher s,the task of normal school students is more arduous,and the pre-service educati on of normal students is an important part of modern education system.TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge)framework in the past 15 years,t hrough continuous development and updating,more and more becomes an import ant reference standard for teachers’ cultivation,for the evaluation of normal stude nts to provide a new entry point.The various elements of TPACK has become a key standard,which helps to determine whether normal students can solve the p roblems encountered in the future career and the challenges of teachers in this ar ea.Based on the above factors,I chose Huazhong Normal University School of physics science and technology 2012 class physics students as the object,through a certain means of investigation,to understand their level of teaching literacy.T hrough the analysis of the TPACK scale,and the analysis of the teaching skills of the normal students to understand the weak part of their teaching literacy,and out of their training plan for multi-dimensional comparison,from the TPACK pe rspective summed up the lack of training program,put forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching quality of physics teachers for reference.This paper is divided into five parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part:the background of high school physics new curriculum require ments and challenges,define the key concept of TPACK,the concept of the deve lopment of the status quo at home and abroad to elaborate.Put forward the idea s and framework of this study.The second part:put forward the new curriculum,the middle school physics curriculum in our teachers in such as teaching knowledge,professional knowledg e,professional skills,teachers professional ethics requirements.The third part:the author designs the questionnaire of the 2012 physical teac her of Huazhong Normal University,and the questionnaire is mainly for the anal ysis of the development of the various factors of physical teacher TPACK.In ad dition,the case study of physical teacher’s teaching video is observed and recorde d,and multidimensional analysis is carried out from TPACK field of view.The fourth part:From the perspective of TPACK,this paper analyzes the tra ining program of physics normal students in order to find out the problems exist ed in the normalization of education and teaching,curriculum classification and p roportion of teachers in normal colleges and universities.The fifth part:Based on the conclusion of the analysis,some suggestions are put forward to improve the teachers’ quality. |
