Research-oriented study centered on the students’ direct life experience,which has a unique attribute and value in the curriculum reform of basic education.The key to value realization is scientific and reasonable teacher guidance.Basis on previous research of research-oriented study,the paper regards teacher guidance as a specific "text",analyze the professional development of teachers,and explain scientific and rational teacher guidance by means of construction theory,life world theory and other relevant theory.By means of qualitative research methods such as observation,in-depth interviews and Flanders interactive analysis system,the paper carry out research activities.We carry out comprehensive practice activities to change students’ learning style and pay attention to concrete experience experience in practice base.Teachers design theme and carry out various forms of inquiry activities through students’ t daily life in the formation stage of research-oriented study.At the same time,there are some problems such as student problem generation ability and detailed program activities,which resulted in the blind and arbitrary of the activity guidance.It is difficult for teachers to guide students from different angle in theme exploratory stage.By the traditional the stereotype of "teacher dignity",teachers evaluate students more casually and ignore the guide of the problem generation and follow-up theme chain in the summary stage of exchange.Due to traditional concept of teachers,the lack of teachers’ guidance ability,the crack of teacher-student interaction and less support of the teacher professional development,The author puts forward the concrete strategy of optimizing the teacher’s guidance from the teacher,the practice base and the " participating " perspective.First of all,instructor change existing ideas,deepen the understanding and grasp of research-oriented study,select the inquiry theme,participate in inquiry activities,concerned about the evaluation of students ’ comprehensive development and achieve teacher scientific guidance.Secondly,the practice base should strengthen the training of teachers and the establish perfect teacher evaluation system to provide guidance for the professional development of teachers.Finally,"participating" teachers and instructor effectively communicate with each other,and understand the students to effectively carry out research-oriented study of teachers guidance.
