| At present,educational violence is constantly flooding with real education,seriously deviating from the nature of education,erosion of education,hinder the development of students.Institutional violence as a special form of educational violence is the physical and mental harm caused by the excessive behavioral restraint,ideological control and will imposed on the members of the school(especially students)during the development and implementation of the system.In this paper,we use the method of field observation,interview and text analysis to deepen the daily life of a rural primary school,think about the construction of school system from the perspective of humanistic value education concept,reveal the current situation of school system,analyze the development of school system,The implementation process and the impact on school management,for people to reflect the current school system problems and improve the school system to provide a useful reference.School education is an institutional activity.In terms of L primary school,the value orientation of the school system in the concept of the system is deviated,overly pursuing order and efficiency,ignoring the development of freedom,justice and human being;there is a lack of function in the system function,emphasis on the normative and restraining function of the system,Ignoring the system to encourage and guide the function;in the system object by sex and grade differences and other differences have exposed the L primary school system.This system of violence there is a serious harm,affecting the development of students to improve the personality,good teacher-student relationship,the school management educational purposes.Through in-depth analysis and discussion,we can see that the reason for the violence of primary school system is the mechanism of the establishment of procedural justice and the rules of operation.Lack of procedural justice system development process exists in the subject is not extensive,low participation,low degree of recognition,the main status of inequality,the process is not fully open,information opacity and other issues.Disciplinary control means include space allocation and control,time and control level control,physical control and so on.The establishment of the school system under the concept of humanistic value education is beneficial to the improvement and promotion of the school system construction.The school system under the concept of humanistic value education mainly embodies the value orientation and pursues the humanistic value and the humanistic spirit.The system construction is based on the human nature view and the function of the system incentive. |
