With the promotion and implementation of the new curriculum reform, requirements our art teachers to change their ideas and teaching behavior development of students as the new concept of the art of teaching, stimulate students' interest in learning art,cultivate students' humanistic spirit and aesthetic ability, form the basic art literacy, the existing teaching methods in our country has been unable to meet the quality education teaching objectives. The art of classroom instruction under the new curriculum reform is facing a new exploration and attempt, how to optimize classroom instruction ; improve students' interest in learning and teaching quality; how to innovate the traditional teaching mode, to achieve "vivid" and "order", vivid and effective is our current urgent problem.This paper selects the art class in primary school in China as a starting point, The traditional art classroom and the efficient classroom under new curriculum concept for comparison, from the existing problems and challenges current of art education,extending to the connotation and characteristics of efficient classroom one by one analysis, in order to improve the classroom instruction of art the quality of primary school, we must optimize the art classroom, reconstruction under the new curriculum teaching. In this paper, we starting from the actual teaching,take the Activity teaching method for example, with investigation of the fine arts classroom instruction activities under the new curriculum standard by comprehensive investigation, literature research and case analysis, confirmed the feasibility of "Activity teaching method", and pointed out the need to avoid in the process of implementation problems and specific implementation steps. The case shows that the activity teaching method is conformed to the characteristics of physical and mental development of primary school students, which is conducive to promoting the all-round development of students and improving the quality of classroom instruction . The large number of classroom practicing and exploration summed up what the characteristics of effective classroom instruction activities should have, and the implementation of the suggestion, provide the front-line teachers with teaching direction, and promote the reform of primary and secondary art classroom instruction.
