Dynamic Study On Teaching Innovation Of Basketball Specialized Course In Wuhan Sports University

Quality education has promoted the reform of educational curriculum in our country.Teaching innovation is the main way of curriculum reform.In Basketball Teaching in Colleges and universities,teachers’ occupational burnout is common in teaching activity,teaching lacking innovating motivation affects the development of educational undertakings.To improve teachers’ teaching innovation of basketball power,we must first explore the factors affecting basketball instruction innovation of teachers in power.This paper will focus on the teaching innovation of basketball teachers in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as the research object.We hope that through this study,we will analyze the relevant factors that affect the motivation of teachers’ teaching innovation,and then explore the guidance of strengthening the innovation of basketball teachers Suggest.This paper uses the method of literature research,theory of teaching innovation and teaching innovation power at home and abroad related literature review and comb,on the basis of constructing the factors that affect the teaching innovation power test index.Then the methods of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis study and draw the following conclusion:1,the student to teacher said is looking forward to teaching innovation.Teacher’s teaching innovation power mainly comes from the personal love of enterprise,individual promotion and other individual,the second is from the influence of the school environment.2,teachers’ professional identity,professional development of personal satisfaction,achievement value orientation and the career planning situation affect its initiative and performance in the innovation of teaching.School degree of attention to the teacher’s teaching innovation,innovation between colleagues working environment and the demands of the development of students can influence the power in the process of basketball teaching innovation.3,teachers should try to improve the quality of the teaching innovation and ability,the school can take measures to develop to strengthen the construction of teacher’s professional understanding of culture,and through comprehensive effort to motivate the teachers’ teaching innovation power.
