Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Alumni Resources Development In Private Higher Vocational Colleges

Alumni resource development of private vocational colleges are private universities in the competition environment to achieve sustainable development,an important means of access to development opportunities.Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong province gradually pay attention to the alumni work,the alumni resources development of private vocational colleges in the initial stage,in the development process is facing many problems to be solved,the current theoretical research for alumni resources development private higher vocational colleges can not meet the needs of the development of the school.In this study-through the survey of existing alumni resource development of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province,and analyzes the reasons,and then put forward the development countermeasure of private higher vocational college alumni resources.Through the development of alumni resources to enhance the school's influence,looking for more resources and explore ways of cultivating applied talents,for to further promote the sustainable development of private higher vocational colleges to find new ways.This research adopts the investigation method to research the alumni resources development of private vocational colleges,through the questionnaire,the alumni of Guangdong Lingnan Institute of Technology as the research object,for 2003 to 2012 a total of 140 questionnaires,the questionnaire according to a certain proportion of each grade by contact alumni,received a valid answer with independent IP address 140.The results of the survey using Microsoft Excel 2007 software were analyzed.The study found that the alumni resources development of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong province has the following problems:the one sidedness of alumni resources development;alumni resources development is lagging behind:not continuing to carry out the basic activities of alumni;alumni resources development is not equipped with specialized agencies and professional personnel;alumni resources development and lack of coordination of various departments;lack of alumni resources development alumni and staff support;private vocational colleges ignore alumni consciousness cultivation;alumni and Alma Mater both needs are not consistent;private higher vocational college alumni resources development very difficult.Why alumni resource development of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong province are the problems above are:First is the alumni alumni resources factors,it is difficult at this stage to private higher vocational college alumni resource requirements,emotional unmet needs;Second is the factors of the private vocational colleges,alumni resources development attention needs to be improved,and the level of school history of private higher vocational colleges restricting the development of alumni resources,school funding of private vocational colleges restricted alumni resources development,the school did not build or not perfect and alumni communication network,School Alumni Service difficulties;Third is the negative impact of social factors in the individual improper alumni work method.Aiming at the existing problems and reasons of the development of private higher vocational college alumni resources development,put forward the following countermeasures:First is the clear development of private higher vocational college alumni resources concept,that is to renew the conception,rational view of alumni resources,scientific orientation;Second is to improve the construction of resource development platform alumni private colleges,through the whole staff service alumni work for students of alumni consciousness cultivation,stable teachers,create a kind of campus alumni atmosphere,stimulate School Alumni love love;Third is to establish and perfect the alumni resources in private higher vocational colleges development institutions,namely the alumni resources development institutions set up flexible and efficient,timely find and cultivate alumni alumni organization liaison activities;Fourth is the alumni resources development content:services of alumni,alumni resources development;alumni nurturing teaching,development of educational resources with WeChat alumni;The new media,the development of alumni information resources;alumni donations to help students with difficulties and difficulties in school students,the development of financial resources alumni;alumni and students to recruit a combination of publicity,the development of alumni brand resources.
