Research On The Extracurricular Teaching Mode Of Local Colleges

The quality of talent training of local colleges has been improved recently,which plays a vital role in the development of local economy and society.However,with the development of technique rapidly,the appliance of technique,the society makes new criterion to measure the quality of talent training.Hence,in order to cater for the need of society,the local colleges adjust itself,and strengthen the teaching revolution.This paper begins with the research on the definition of Extracurricular Teaching Mode,The Quality of Talent Training,Rotational Class and so on.The second chapter of this paper,based on the questionnaire survey,to analyze the results,summary the problems and reasons of extracurricular teaching.It was followed by the third chapter,which put forward some suggestions and advice about extracurricular teaching.By the three part illustrations,the author hopes that the essay will offer some excellent suggestions for the relevant experts and other workers.
