The Bidirectional Correlated Research On Customary Law And Traditional Sports Rules Of Yi Nationality

Ethnic traditional sports is the expression and performance of national traditional culture which concerns the body as the carrier.It has rich ethnic characteristics and cultural meanings.The inheritance and development of ethnic traditional sports are becoming more and more difficult under the impact of modern sports.The ethnic traditional sports rules are the internal mechanism and criterion of national traditional sports activities which can regulate and restrict the behaviors of participants.It is the internal factor of the inheritance and development of national traditional sports which plays internal guidance and promotion role to the inheritance of national traditional sports.Based on the discipline theories of folk law,education and sports anthropology etc.,the thesis inspects the inheritance and development of national traditional sports from the view of folk customary law to do the correlation study between national customary law and national traditional sports rules,meanwhile to discuss the applicability of national traditional sports rules.The customary law of Yi people is born in its internal society.It regulates and controls the social behaviors and relationships of the internal Yi's ethnic group.Traditional sports of Yi nationality with rich styles is an important part of Chinese traditional sports family,and its cultural traits of sports events possess unique national flavor.The traditional sports rules of Yi people regulate and restrain the behaviors and ways of the Yi traditional sports which are convinced by Yi people.It is the exploration of internal factors to the development of traditional sports about Yi nationality by carrying out the correlation research between the customary law and the traditional sports rules of Yi people and discussing the applicability of traditional sports rules of Yi people.Wresting of Yi nationality is an extraordinary typical style of its traditional sports,and wrestling in Meigu county is the most representative one.The thesis takes wrestling in Meigu county as an example to do the bidirectional correlated research on the customary law and the traditional sports rules of Yi nationality.The main conclusions are as follows:First,The Yi nationality's customary law and its rules of wrestling have the bidirectional relation.The forward one is Yi's customary law contributes to the formation of the wrestling rules conformed,and also has the guiding function to the formation of wrestling rules of Yi nationality.The reverse one is the wrestling rules contributes to the construction of Yi's customary law.Also folk custom of Yi nationality guides the formation of its customary law.The wrestling activity of Yi people has property of participation and natural origin to its construction of customary law and formation of wrestling rules.Second is the optimization of wrestling rules of Yi Nationality.It makes up for the generalization and absence of the Yi folk wrestling rules,improves the popularization and application of the Yi folk wrestling rules and strengthens the characteristics and meaning of the national competitive wrestling.Third one is the way to inherit and develop the Yi nationality wrestling.It strengthens the cultivation of wrestling by taking Yi nationality's culture as the breakthrough point and it is the educational inheritance in the physical education curriculum and the extended field.
