In order to promote the development of basic education curriculum reform,to achieve the healthy and happy growth of each student,it is urgent to improve and optimize the professional accomplishment of teachers.But in contrast to the status quo of primary school teachers school-based training,its status quo is not optimistic,there is a mere superficial,formal phenomenon,and even deviate from the purpose of school-based training.How to improve and optimize the school teachers of primary school training,in order to effectively improve the professional quality of teachers can not be ignored as an important issue.First of all,choose a few primary schools in Zhifu District,Yantai City for the research object,the use of questionnaires and interviews to obtain primary school teachers to conduct school-based training of the first-hand information,through the analysis of data and interviews and finishing,there is a harmonious relationship between primary school teachers and peers,but there is no problem such as lack of participation,low participation,lack of timely personal reflection and evaluation.Secondly,the author analyzes the causes of the four problems in the actual development of primary school teachers' school-based training,summarizes them into three reasons,They are school-based training system is not perfect lead to the teacher's subjectivity can not be reflected,teachers can not get school-based training evaluation and teacher participation is low.Second,the lack of teachers 'understanding of the content of school-based training has led to the lack of teacher' s subjectivity in school-based training and the low participation of teachers.Third,teachers lack of school-based training time led to teachers failed to conduct personal reflection in a timely manner.Finally,based on the above analysis of the status quo and the reasons,combined with the reality of primary school teachers,in order to improve the effectiveness of primary school teachers school-based training to promote the professional development of teachers,from the system,content and form of four countermeasures:First,to improve the school-based training system,which is to protect primary school teachers school-based training prerequisite,but also to solve the teacher's subjectivity can not be reflected,teachers failed to get school-based training evaluation and teacher school-based training low degree of participation.Second,optimize the school-based training content,the school should be based on the professional needs of teachers,reasonable arrangements for school-based training to make it more targeted.The third is to build a teacher learning community,through the survey we can see that the relationship between teachers,can help each other,as a basis for the joint needs of professional development of teachers,the construction of teacher learning community,emphasizing the teacher in the school-based training in the main position.Fourth,the network of school-based school,the school should use the network training is convenient and fast,and school-based training combined to achieve network-based school-based,to solve the actual school-based training teachers lack of training time.
