In recent years,accidents happened frequently that caused thousands of teenagers died each year.The teenagers are the successor in a future,and their ability to grow healthily plays a vital role in China’s future development.The safety problem in the teenagers has been highly concerned.The General Office of the State Council issued "The suggestions on strengthening the safety and control system for the primary and secondary school students and kindergarteners "(short for " suggestion "),the "suggestion " pointed out that the safety of the students and the kindergartenersrelated to the safety of students and teachers and the well-being of hundreds of millions of families.We will further integrate the strengths of all aspects in order to address the prominent and difficult problems that affect the safety of schools.Strengthening and improving relevant institutions and mechanisms,deepening the reform and innovation,accelerating the lead of the Party committee,the responsibility of government,the coordination in society,public participation and legal protection,establish the scientific system,the comprehensive specification and the responsibility of the school security risk prevention system,control and dispositionsystem.Maintain the safetyof teachers and students,guarantee the safe and orderly campus,promoting social harmony and stability,providing the students’ healthy growth and all-round development.Social circles and academic circles have put forward many opinions and suggestions onhow to solve the problem of adolescence life safety education.Some people believes that it is the right time to extensively spread the lifesafety education,including the life safety education in the school syllabus content,and make the life safety education become a separate subject;some people thinks that the life safety education courseshould including the physical education,incorporate life safety education in the physical education and increase the number of physical education courses to ensure the completion of the safety education task.These suggestions and measures plays a positive role in promoting and strengthen the safety work of adolescence life safety education undoubtedly.However,there are also have many problems,for example,how to teach the theory and skills at the same times;How to use the physical quality to training the life security assistance skill;How to building the safety assistance skillstadium by using the existing sports facilities.In this paper,we will discuss on how to carry out the life safety education in teenagersfor different areas and absorb the local sports resources.By using the methods of literature review,interview and logical analysis,this paper studies the regional issues of the construction of life safety education in physical education.The research focus on the following problems:Firstly,discuss the relationship between different regions and the content construction of life safety education.It is considered that different regions have different climatic geographical conditions,and need different ability on people’s survival,so the local sports come up.These sports skills can be used in physical teaching and it also the content of life safety education in teenagers.Secondly,it discussed the significance of different areas have different adolescence life safety education in the PE curriculum.Thirdly,the discussions on the principle of build the regionallife safety education content system,we believed that it should abide by the climate,geology and cultural difference principle,the principle of coordinated development,and teach both theory and skills.Fourthly,on the way of building regional life safety education content,we thought the construction of regional life safety education content must be combined with the different natural environment and the humanities environment.According tothe regional survival skills that local people had,explore the specific methods of adolescencelife safety education in the course of physical education.Fifthly,when discussed the contents of life safety education in the sports curriculum,we should use the routine life safety education content as the core,use the different regionalsafety education content as features,set the content of education in detail.Through the study of these problems,the following conclusions and suggestions are as drawn:1,There are many differences in people’s living conditions in different regions.These differences provide the prerequisite for the birth of different sporting events.2,Different living conditions needs people to have different survival skills,and these survival skills are closely related to these sporting events.3,Different areas should be combined with different natural conditions that carry out different life safety education,and the education must be combined with physical education curriculum.4,Carrying out the life safety education,we must build a relevance curriculum content system,and the construction of curriculum system should follow the principles of diversity,coordination,knowledge transfer combine with practical exercises.5,Constructing the content system of life safety education must be based on the "Three-Dimension-in-Onetheoretical framework ",underline with "universal","Basic Sharing and Core Separation " as the premise,with safety knowledge and rescue skills as the basis,constructing the content system of life safety education.6,Building the specific content of life safety education in physical education curriculum includes swimming aid skills,water boating rescue skills,aid climbing,horse riding self-help skills,self-defenseskills,hypoxia tolerance ability,skating and skiing self-protection skills.
