Chemical learning motivation is the source of motivation for students to study chemistry,and it is important for students to study actively and conscientiously.In reference to a large number of literature at home and abroad and combining the actual interview and questionnaire survey,this paper expounds the significance of research and the present situation of research,and makes a carding of the concept and theory of learning motivation.This paper reviewed and consulted a lot of literature on learning motivation,and compiled the "the questionnaire on learning motivation of high school students".The Minquan county first high school students' learning styles are mostly the forced remember,students' ability to analyze and solve problems and experiment and communicate is not strong,many students do not love to study,love to read novels and play mobile phones,even skive off lessons to go to the Internet to watch TV and play games.The school pays attention to the graduation rate and students achievement excessively,and lacks the train of students' learning skill and the humanistic care.Most chemistry teachers require students rote learning and ignore the emotional communication and lack the train of learning motivation.Based on the above situation and combining with working practice and curriculum reform,this paper put forward the feasible plan that the society,schools,parents,teachers cultivate students' interest in chemistry learning and inspire students' Chemical learning motive.Such as: the society should strictly regulate electronic games halls and check them regularly;we should purify the social atmosphere and establish the correct values of the students;parents strive to create a warm,harmonious and loving home environment;urge teachers to improve their professional quality and change teaching methods appropriately,etc.The study was conducted in five classes from 2014 to 2015.The study subjects were treated as follows:high(4)class(control class1)only do traditional teaching;high(5)class(experimental class)carries out the quality education,the teacher carries on the emotional communication below class with the student and encourages them to study the chemistry,and finds the suitable learning method for oneself;high(6)class(experiment class 2)combine the parents to train the students,do more parents' meeting,encourage parents to use the right education method;senior(7)class(experiment class 3)combine the schools and society to train students,the school has mentored them,society gives them a good learning environment;Senior(8)class(experiment class 4)develops the quality education and is trained by combing parents,schools and society.By comparing the differences before and after the experiment in study motivation,study interest and studyresult,the conclusion is as follows:First,the overall motivation of the Minquan county first high school students in chemistry is not high.A number of factors that affect the motivation of students' chemistry have to be improved,for example: study interest,study attitude,attribution and values.Chemical education workers need to change the existing teaching mode,reduce students' academic pressure appropriately,attract the students' attention and inspire the students' Chemical learning motive and push them to learn forwardly with the new and interesting stories or the exciting experiments in the classroom.Second,the Minquan county first high school student's attribution of achievement is unreasonable they also have a low sense of self-efficacy.Therefore,in the course of teaching the chemistry teachers should pay attention to the correct attribution,care and love the students to enhance the students' self-efficacy.Third,society,schools,parents and teachers should give the students the emotional support.In and under the class Chemistry teachers should improve their professional quality and image quality,etc,and give the students the appropriate encouragement and praise in the process of teaching,and treat every student with the gentle and positive attitude.Fourth,in the teaching the teachers should use teaching strategies that can motivate student's learning motivation and strive to improve the students' cognitive motivation.
