| With the development of our country sports undertakings and sports betting,data analysis and statistical work related sports are being paid more and more attention.The analysis of classification data is widely applied in the sports events,such as football,basketball and baseball games.Categorical data has a unique value in the practical application,analysis of categorical data is applied in statistics and biostatistics,education and other aspects.Bradley-Terry model is an important model in the analysis of categorical data.It is a model for evaluating the ability of the team based on past game information.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the application of dynamic Bradley-Terry model and dynamic Bradley-Terry model in the sports events.Bradley-Terry model combined with exponentially weighted moving average process is applied in this article to analyze the ability of the 20 teams dynamically for the 2015-2016 season China Basketball Association,it gains the ability of each team along with the change of time throughout the regular season,the results show that the different characteristics about ability changes between the performance rank and rank team.The extended Bradley-Terry model combined with exponentially weighted moving average process is applied in this article to analyze the ability of the 16 teams dynamically for the 2015 season China Football Association Super League,it gains the ability of each team along with the change of time throughout the season,the results show that the different characteristics about ability changes between the performance rank and rank team.Comparing the results of Bradley-Terry model and dynamic Bradley-Terry model,which make the calculation result of dynamic Bradley-Terry model applied by the exponentially weighted moving average process is more reasonable.Therefore,the dynamic Bradley-Terry model provides more detailed information than the Bradley-Terry model,and the dynamic Bradley-Terry model is more reasonable. |
