Research On The Application Of "Ebru" And Its Materials In Primary School Art Teaching

"Ebru" is a traditional Turkish art.By to the incompatibility principle between w ater and oil,pigment is dropped on the water surface,then paint with a neddle on the surface,after that the painter will put one piece of paper on the surface to absorb the pigment on the paper,to form painting.In the primary school art teaching,it was found that students had very strong curiosity and thirst for painting knowledge,for the reason of the novelty of painting materials and fascinating paint processing method."Ebru" is able to attract the attention from students in the shortest possible time so that they can get involved into painting studies.The author mainly studies the application of "Ebru" tool and its using technique,also the application of "Ebru" material in elementary school art teaching.This paper investigated the case study of "Ebru" teaching in the second grade art class of Xue Jun primary school in Hangzhou.Through the study of the three teaching cases of "dis play only a small part of student's talent","transform for small piece of wood chips" a nd "bookmark filled with love",we collected painting works from students and recor ded teaching footage,then analyzed the novel materials of "Ebru".In the art class is a ble to play a role in mobilizing students to learn art with interest and to active classroo m study atmosphere.This research can help teachers to explore the usage of innovativ e art materials in the course of teaching,to stimulate students' interest in learning,and try to combine some of the art materials with the "Ebru" to enable students to better participate in classroom learning,and to create more innovative works.
