Teacher's teaching self-efficacy is a hot topic,the psychological educational world attention in the education circle.Under the background of China's education,kindergarten science education exists many problems,kindergarten teachers to carry out the scientific activities has certain challenging,so research on science teaching kindergarten teachers self-efficacy has a certain value.This study through the questionnaire survey of tianjin 220 kindergarten teachers,using SPSS22.0 for data entry and processing.Based on kindergarten teachers describe the statistical result of scientific teaching self-efficacy,self-efficacy on kindergarten teachers science teaching in the differences of demographic variables and the correlation analysis with scientific level of teaching reflection,it is concluded that the current situation of kindergarten teachers' self-efficacy of science teaching and its correlation with scientific level of teaching reflection,and on this basis,the reflections on science teaching self-efficacy of kindergarten teachers and effectively improve the level of advice are put forward.This research results are as follows:1.The kindergarten teachers' self-efficacy of science teaching in the medium level;Personal science teaching self-efficacy is higher than general self-efficacy of science teaching.2.The kindergarten teachers self-efficacy of science teaching in age,title,with age class,there is no significant difference on farm characteristics.3.The kindergarten teachers' personal scientific teaching self-efficacy significant differences on the teaching experience,among them,1-5 years' experience of kindergarten teachers' personal scientific teaching self-efficacy is significantly higher than teaching experience for 16 years.4.The kindergarten teachers' overall scientific teaching self-efficacy significant differences on professional,among them,the preschool education professional kindergarten teachers' overall science teaching self-efficacy significantly below the kindergarten teachers education major.5.Kindergarten teachers science self-efficacy dimensions all significant differences on farm level,among them,the demonstration garden below the level of teachers' scientific teaching self-efficacy all dimensions and undetermined level of kindergarten teachers.6.The kindergarten teachers' personal teaching self-efficacy in science teaching self-efficacy and the overall significant differences in the territory,which,on the outskirts of kindergarten teachers' personal teaching in science teaching self-efficacy and the overall self-efficacy is higher than the city kindergarten teachers,township and village kindergarten teachers' personal scientific teaching self-efficacy is higher than the city kindergarten teachers.7.The kindergarten teachers' overall scientific teaching self-efficacy and the overall reflection level was significantly positively related;Kindergarten teachers' general self-efficacy of science teaching and reflection contents and reflection ways,reflection effects were significantly positive correlation;Kindergarten teachers' way of individual self-efficacy of science teaching and reflection on significant positive correlation.
