Chinese Curriculum Standard(2011 Version)proposed clear and specific requirements for the reading ability of junior school students,"in order to help comprehend text during reading teaching,it is available to guide students to learn necessary Chinese knowledge while neither implement 'systematic' teaching and practice by separating from the fact of Chinese utility nor require students to memorize concept or definition mechanically." The author's understanding of"Chinese knowledge" in these words also includes grammar.Therefore,instead of not teach grammar,the key point is how to teach so as to make simple grammar help students' text comprehension,which is the content that Chinese teachers shall reflect on and study seriously.Based on the student oriented principle,teachers need to focus on students' age characteristics,understand students' reading interest,knowledge base and aesthetic ability,and face up to the reality that teachers'capacity of reading text are ragged;meanwhile,it is necessary to combine with text value,editor's intention and teaching objective while integrating grammar to determine the text comprehension content as well as method that accords with students' development demands;pay attention to the integration of text,author and reader;guide students to step into and comprehend text;raise the strategy for cultivating students' text comprehension ability.The first chapter of this article is introduction,which mainly discusses about research significance and presents study situation.The second chapter analyzes the status of grammar application to Chinese text comprehension in junior school and grammar teaching,implements actual survey on junior school students' learning situation of grammar,and makes analysis of survey results as well as causes.From the perspectives of text comprehension continuity of Chinese study in junior and senior schools,and inheritance as well as development of Chinese,the third chapter elaborates the adverse influence of poor mastery of Chinese grammar.The fourth and fifth chapters propose the application method of Chinese grammar in junior school to text comprehension from five aspects,including finding the key to text comprehension according to kernel words,experiencing author's emotion based on paying importance to the significant role of modifier,straightening up specific description objection through making out coreference content,comprehending text connotation based on analyzing complex sentences,and understanding author's writing purpose according to marked clauses.Based on grammar study,this article aims to enable teachers to help students improve ability of text comprehension in practical class application.
