Social Work Of Hainan Province Management Research Of Talent Cultivation

With the development of economy and society,the mode of social governance is changing.As a major force in the social construction and social work personnel undertakes to solve social problems and resolving social contradictions,an important role in maintaining social stability,help to improve the social management system innovation and social governance.Since the sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee the party made an important decision of building a grand social work personnel since,countries pay more attention to the construction of social work personnel,in policy,funding,organization training,personnel training and management has made many attempts,obtained certain experience.Since 2008,Hainan province has also made beneficial exploration in the management of social work talents training,which has been developed from scratch.However,after 8 years of exploration,Hainan social work professional personnel training and management of the status quo?What are the good practices and experiences?What are the outstanding problems restricting the development of social work professionals?How to solve?For the study of these problems,the paper of Hainan province social work professional specific training management were studied,carefully sort out the domestic and foreign research on the social work professional personnel training management theory,especially focuses on the domestic situation in Hainan province and the social work talents development in recent ten years,collected a large number of the empirical data,and on this basis,through a questionnaire survey and field research,in-depth research and analysis of Hainan province social work professional personnel training management work,that control is influenced by the social environment factors,management training of social work in Hainan province professional talent management mechanism and operation mechanism of the talents,the talents the development is limited;at the same time,combining the reality of our province and puts forward the policy formulation,system construction and popularization and push In order to provide reference for the development of social work professionals in Hainan Province,the author puts forward some suggestions for the training of social work professionals.
