| Scientific and effective classroom management can create condition to promote the development of teaching.Active and healthy state of students can be achieved and positive class and study situation can be constructed under that background.But for a long time,China’s higher education,affected by Herbart and Kailov’s educational thought,centeredthe subject in practice.The training mode of knowledge-based,with "academic" and "elite education" education as a focus,highlights the theory and ignores the developing of practice abilities.Thepractical ability of currentnormal college students of aid education is generally weak,especially in the aspect of classroom management.Through the studying of the problems in the classroom management of normal college students of aid education,this paper is aiming to explore the causes and puts forward some suggestions of improvement.Hoping that the negative impact on students because of the bad classroom management of normal college students of aid education can be realized by universities,the schools offering aid education and the departments of education and management,relevant measures can be taken to improve the status of teachers’ classroom management,which can further promote the development of professional skills ofnormal college students of aid education,improve the level of employment and the teaching quality of the schools offering aid education,and push forward of the reform of training mode of normal college students of aid education.The logical structure of this paper is “literature analysis-connotation grasp-research design-case observation-countermeasures discussion”.The study chooses two Uygur and Han students,R and L,as the research object,of K school in K district,and adopts the methods of case study,classroom observation and interview.Payinggreat attention to theclassroom management of normal college students of aid education,the study carries out a field observation for a semester and records the classroom managementwith the help of the table of classroom observation and event sampling method.The interview with L and R,class students,the guiding teachers and the principal of normal college students of aid education can complement the information gotten from classroom observation,aiming to achieve a comprehensive understanding and in-depth analysis of classroom management of normal college students of aid education.The thesis consists of introduction and five chapters.The introduction starts with the reason of choosing the topic,the research significance and the domestic and foreign related research process to establish the logical starting point of the research.The first chapter introduces the core concepts and theoretical basis to establish the logical fulcrum.The second chapter,including research design and research process,establishes the research method and avenue.Through the case presentation of the classroom management of the two normal college students of aid education,the third chapter comprehensively inquiries the problems existed under the guiding principles of classroom management and theory: the two normal college students of aid education,R and L,will occasionally pass the negative emotions to the students and excessively use one-way mode of transmission and acceptance to teach contents.In the aspect of student management,they can actively encourage students’ positive behavior,but cannot deal well with the students’ negative behavior.In the aspect of management of classroom psychological environment classroom interaction,teacher-student relationship and classroom atmosphere is not very well.In the aspect of time management,although they have strong sense of time management,but the behavior is random with the lack of corresponding theoretical guidance.The fourth chapter analyzes causes of the status of the classroom management of the two normal college students of aid education,mainly including seven aspects: normal college students of aid education,class students,the guiding teachers,the principal of normal college students of aid education,the schools offering aid education,universities,and the departments of education and management.Based on the analysis of classroom management situation of R and L and influencing factors,the fifth chapter puts forward specific strategies and suggestions: normal college students of aid education should optimize the classroom management goal,construct the rules of classroom management,improve the abilities and efficiency of classroom management,and strengthen students’ self management.Both the guiding teachers and the principal of normal college students of aid education should also give the necessary help.At the same time,the schools offering aid education,universities and relevant government departments should provide important support. |
