Objective: To understand the mode of physical activity of middle school students is an important method to study the relationship between physical activity and health of middle school students.At present,the measurement of physical activity of middle school students,although there are accelerometers,pedometer and other objective methods,but at this stage of the large sample of physical activity survey,low cost of physical activity questionnaire is still the best choice.There are many questionnaires or tools currently used in physical activity of middle school students.These questionnaires or tools play an important role in the study of the relationship between physical activity and health of students and the evaluation of physical activity of middle school students.The purpose of this study is to introduce three days of physical activity recording tools,combined with the law of Chinese students' work and work,and the purpose of this study is to introduce three days of physical activity recording tools,Physical activity characteristics,the revision of the recording tools.Methods: This study is the object of the Beijing Capital Normal University Affiliated Education School 148 new 12-17 middle school students(70 men,78 women).Write a record tool to record the order of time,remember the day before going to bed from 6:00 am to the physical activity before going to bed,the ActiGraph GT3 X + accelerometer measures its seven-day physical activity,the recording tool is released with the accelerometer one day in advance Fill in the recording tool,the next day to collect the day before the recording tool.A week after the unified recovery of accelerometers and recording tools.Select the average daily energy consumption of the recording tools METS total score,medium physical activity time,heavy physical activity time,moderate intensity physical activity and the above time,and take three days,including a rest day and two study days,Choose a three-day course that includes physical education and not including physical education.Select the average daily COUNTS,moderate physical activity time,heavy physical activity time,moderate intensity physical activity and above.The validity was evaluated by analyzing the Spearman correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman graph of the recording tool and the accelerometer activity level,and the retest reliability was evaluated by intra-group correlation coefficient.The statistical level was 0.05.Results: The effective investigation of 148 people,recording tools and accelerometer measurements between the Spearman coefficient between 0.246-0.557(P <0.05).Brian-Altman's consistent analysis showed that the consistency of MPA,VPA and MVPA results was 94.%,94% and 95.56%,respectively.The intra-group correlation coefficient coefficients of the average daily METS total of the two measurements were all greater than 0.7,indicating that the reliability of the recording tool was good.Conclusions: The three-day physical activity recording tool revised in this study is of good reliability and effectiveness and can be used for large-scale physical activity surveys of middle school students.
