The research of Gramsci's hegemony theory thought the ruling elite not only controlled hegemony in the field of matter production,but also controlled the cultural production.The basis of the Gramsci's theory,Scott had come up with a study of "the weapon of the weak".He put forward that the ruling class did not have the right to control the cultural production,and the subordinate class had to use the elite culture to struggle.On the basis of the theory of gramsci and Scott,this paper explored the struggle of the weak.The netizen not only had the autonomy of culture,but also can produce culture to struggle.On this basis,this paper proposed the topic of the struggle.Taking case of Deng yujiao and Tu yuangao for research,this article explored that netizen constructed the weak of network and the process of collective identity.On the micro level,netizen constructed the weak of network,and formed the bottom group emotion.The netizen constructed collective identity.At a macro level,The netizen producted cultural hegemony which presented actively ideology.The culture provided explanatory text which delegated powers to the weak and made demands on the strong.The emotion established relationship between the netizen and the weak.The study of the weak struggle found the internet hand been the competitive field of the grass roots and elites.The netizen produced culture which destructed the hegemony of elite culture and built the hegemony of grass-root culture.The netizen not only had the autonomy of culture,but also can produce culture.This phenomenon subverted the theory of gramsci and Scott.This paper did research on the struggle in China.
