An Investigation And Analysis On Sports Stadiums Resource Utilization Of Colleges In Baotou

Colleges in Baotou have been changed rapidly in recent years,at the same time the sports stadiums of most colleges have been greatly improved during the past 10 years.However,as far as the resources utilization of sports stadiums,there is still a big gap between colleges in Baotou and advanced cities.At present,colleges in Baotou are facing a huge challenge: how to improve sports stadium facilities and give full play to the functions and values of sports stadiums in order to meet the needs of students,teachers and publics.The paper made an overall investigation on the utilization rate and collected all aspects of sports stadiums of colleges in Baotou,including opening hours and consumers,management methods,infrastructure and so on.From the investigation,the author has more accurate understanding of the present situation of sports venues resources utilization of colleges in Baotou.Aim at improve the management level and concept of sports stadiums to meet the needs of the publics,the author gives some advices on how to increase the utilization rate and reduce the resource waste of sports stadiums.The paper uses literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to study the present situation of the sports stadiums resource utilization of the colleges in Baotou,finding the following problems:1.The low utilization rate of sports stadiums2.another problem is insufficient publicity,open project and service form are single3.Lack of management personnel4.Management ideas are not advanced,the rules and regulations are not standardizedConsidering shortcomings above,the paper put forward the following measures:1.Promote the reform of management concept,unearth the potential of sports stadiums,open to the public by different ways,improve the utilization of sports stadiums.2.Increase publicity and strengthen service consciousness3.Strengthen the training of management personnel and hire the professionals to manage the sports stadiums4.In light of the management of sports stadiums,the colleges should change the concept to establish specialized management mechanism;The relevant government agencies should build the corresponding legal system to give macro guidance,and strengthen financial support.
