| First of all,this study used the CLASS of zigong city,sichuan province rural ten line within the public kindergarten Teacher-child interaction behavior in the collective teaching activities in quantitative evaluation,and analysis according to the results of the score 10 teachers in the CLASS the characteristics of the three dimensions.Then the article from the teacher’s teaching experience,educational background,professional background and whether at four factors to analyze its impact on tTeacher-child interactionIn the study,through the comparative analysis to find out the highest and the lowest score,and carries on the quantitative comparison and qualitative analysis,find out their similarities and differences in young interaction.Based on the above research,in order to promote birth t young interaction level,some Suggestions are put forward.The results showed that:1,thekindergartenten scored the overall level of teacher in CLASS belongs to medium level.Three dimension is equal to the highest emotional support,followed by the class organization,the lowest is education support.2,teaching experience in 1-5 years of teachers in regular class management more problems.Bachelor degree of more positive communication between teachers and children,for children more patient,more respect for young children.At the performance of teachers have more passion than is writing teachers,teaching activities more closely and reasonable.Have accepted the professional learning of young interactive features no greater impact.3,high significant differences teacher tTeacher-child interaction e behavior,low specific displays in: high score between teachers and children have more verbal or physical conduct of positive emotional communication.Low grade teachers attitude towards children showed more negative negation,not sensitive to attention to what children need extra help,also cannot effectively prevent children’s problem behaviors.The reasons are:(1)the experience factor.(2)personality factors.(3)the teacher reflection factor.This study based on the viewpoint of CLASS scoring system,to improve the level of birth t young interaction provides some education Suggestions:1,change the teaching ideas,respect children’s opinion.2,strengthening the study of theoretical knowledge and experience,to raise their reflection ability.3,improve teachers’ sensitivity,strengthen the management of behavior4,to provide more training and learning opportunities to encourage teachers to learn each other.5,improve the teachers’ working state,according to the arrangement of the teachers level suitable jobs. |
