Research On The Model Transformation Of College Students' Network Education Of The Rule Of Law

With the rapid development of Internet technology,information communication and computer technology,people inadvertently entered a new era of big data.College students can make full use of the network to meet the needs of accessing news and information,entertainment,interpersonal,and other needs.Because the network main body's true identity,the field domain,behavior status in digital code.The virtual characteristic of network leads some college students separating network society and real society.In the virtual society,the original concept of the rule of law has been weakened or even disappeared.A variety of Internet crimes occur frequently,such as Internet pornography,Internet fraud,Internet pyramid selling.How to help students to establish the correct view of the rule of law and further enhance the quality of college students,which is a new topic and task of ideological and political education in new period.The level of the rule of law education In colleges and universities is an important symbol of degree of civilization and the level of national literacy under rule of law,which is also directly related to whether it can meet the needs of college students to improve the quality of personal network.However,the effect of rule of law education in colleges and universities is not good now.The cause of this problem is multiple.In this paper,the quality of university students' rule of law is the object of study.By investigating the present situation of college education,the author insists that the most important reason of the poor educational is the unbalanced development between the network education of rule of law and the progress of the network society.Therefore,as a starting point,this article discusses the present state,and analyses the shortcomings of the education.What is more,the author further explains the direction of quality education of college students' rule of law.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter,the background and significance of this article are raised.The basic ideas and methods of the research are propose on the basis of the investigation of the current domestic and foreign research status,and points out the innovation and inadequacies of the study.The second chapter,by defining the concept of the quality of the rule of law.The author illustrates the political education and moral education,and further expounds the relationship between the rule of law education and the education of ideological and political.Combing with the features of physical and mental characteristics of college students and the quality of the rule of law,the author interprets the network education of rule of law is important and special.The third chapter,from the reality of the network education,the author draws out the existing model of legal value,value orientation and educational starting point,and deeply analyzes the relationship between educational content,educational goal,educational motive,subject of the inadequacies.The fourth chapter,the third part is the realistic basis and the problem-oriented.Aiming at the shortcomings of the quality education of the rule of law,the paper puts forward the possible direction of the quality education of college students in order to improve the teaching practice of college students' network education.
