Each time the education reforming,no matter how to reform and carry out the situation finally that the effect depends on teachers.With deepening of teacher education reforming and teacher professional development deepens,a professional teacher should become a new type of classroom decision maker,rather than the traditional classroom teaching executor.The effectiveness of classroom teaching is closely related to the effect of curriculum implementation and the quality of personnel training,teachers' teaching behavior directly affects the effectiveness of classroom teaching,the teacher's classroom teaching decision determines the teacher's teaching behaviors.So,it is necessary and meaningful to study the teachers' classroom teaching decision-making.This article is to understand the teacher in the actual teaching process of implementation of the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,the choice of the method of thinking and understanding of the classroom teaching process,according to these decision points try to find out the characteristics of classroom teaching decision making,and to understand the reasons for influencing teachers to make such decisions,finally,the conclusions and some enlightenment will be of great significance to the development of teachers' professional quality,the improvement of classroom teaching decision-making and the effectiveness of classroom teaching.This paper mainly uses qualitative research methods,through interviews,classroom observation and case analysis methods to collect and analyze the data.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part and the second part mainly introduces the research background,the existing research results.The third part mainly introduces the research method and process.The fourth part is mainly to help with the heterogeneous class lesson observations collected by expert consultation method,comparative analysis of four high school biology teachers on the implementation of the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,the choice of the method of thinking and understanding of the classroom teaching process.The fifth part mainly summarizes the characteristics of high school biology teacher's classroom teaching decision-making,for the general teachers' and students' classroom teaching decision-making to provide some enlightenment,in order to arouse the consciousness of teachers and improve the development of teachers' professional quality and the level of classroom teaching decision-making.
