| Education of the poor student is becoming more and more cause the extensive concern of school and society.Has been affected by the poor student as a special group in the balanced development of quality-oriented education,is not in conformity with the "Education should be geared to the needs of each student,in order to each student’s development".The study of poor student,all the experts and scholars at home and abroad from the aspects of psychology,pedagogy has different opinions and suggestions are given.Most from on macroscopic instruction,however,does not have practical significance.Based on the social work of the school,this paper takes the students of X class in Xushan district of Yuelu District of Changsha as the service object,coordinates the balance between the system of "students with learning disabilities",uses the case work method and the group work method to promote the case Positive change.This study takes the theory of ecosystem as the support and analyzes the causes of "poor students",including the inherent motivation of the individual,the improper family education,the interpersonal barriers of the peers and the contradiction between the school education system and so on.Imbalance,disorder,resulting in "poor students" the whole system of chaos and conflict,over time,resulting in learning difficulties situation.Under the guidance of the theory of ecosystem,the school social workers use the case work method,the group work method for the "poor students" and the system interaction and contact,by stimulating the intrinsic motivation of students,change the family education,Support system,to correct the teacher’s stereotypes and other multi-system intervention,from many aspects to help "poor students" learning difficulties to solve the "poor students" to achieve harmony throughout the system,improve academic performance,promote "learning difficulties Raw " transformation. |
