Respiration is very important and difficult for students to study in the science of junior high school,and it is also the core in the biology of junior high school.Breathing is a kind of life activity which is familiar to us,and respiration is also widely used in agriculture,food,fruit preservation and so on.Hence,students will have great sympathetic response and interest when they are learning the knowledge in this field.In result,this research will study on the instructional design of the special subject of the breathing and the respiration.Basing on the education idea of construction doctrine,this instruction design will use the teaching strategies of inquiry learning,cooperative learning and autonomous learning,in order to let students really touch the essence of science,let them love science sincerely,and let them develop a habit of using the science.This research mainly adopts the method of documents study and experimental method.Especially,the development of the experiment will be central in the class.So as to coordinate the teaching,the author creates some new experiments,including new respiratory model Ⅰ,new respiratory model Ⅱ,the first of new experiment of gas exchange,the second of new experiment of gas exchange,the new experiment on plant respiration and the new experiment of yeast fermentation.In addition,the author designs a set of necessary inquiry activities for these new experiments.After the previous preparation,the author start the instructional design of this subject,which has six lessons.In these instructional designs,every lesson has a different problems situation.There are several warming inquiry activities before the experiment and lots of colorful activities in class.What’s more,students can continue to explore after class.In the last,the author make the summary and reflect about the problems and the shortcomings in this research from two aspects of experimental designs and the instructional design.
