Investigation And Study On The Implementation Of Internal Control Standard System In H Province Universities

Since the basic norms of internal control of administrative institutions in China promulgated,the effect of its implementation has become the focus of attention of relevant departments.It is an important reform measure to implement the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on comprehensively pushing forward some important issues of ruling the country by law,which is adopted by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.Based on the questionnaires and the feedback results,the research on the construction of the internal control system and the problems in the process of the implementation of the H-level universities are carried out,and the internal control system is perfected.Which enriches the research on the evaluation system of the internal control of administrative institutions in China.With the gradual improvement of the internal control system,it is of theoretical significance to enrich the theoretical knowledge of internal control of administrative institutions,and it is of practical significance to protect the assets,improve the modern management level and prevent the risks.On the analysis of the results of the survey,the analysis will not be limited to simple descriptive statistics,will also be combined with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of quantitative evaluation of internal control,with a view to "qualitative and quantitative combination of evaluation methods "More scientifically reflect the actual implementation of the internal control system of colleges and universities.And from the perspective of leadership attention,internal control target positioning,implementation of the guidelines,the efficiency of the internal audit department and the protection mechanism of the reasons for the analysis,and finally proposed to improve the proposed recommendations.Through this research,on one hand the system describes the implementation of the internal control system of H province colleges,on the other hand,find out the problems and find out the reasons from the implementation of the status quo for the wider implementation of internal control standards,improve the internal control system to provide useful enlightenment.
