A Study On The Supply And Demand Of Endowment Resources In Family Resources In Rural Social Stratification

In the background of the process of population aging in China,the social attention of the elderly also increased day by day,and the rural elderly have become an important research object of aging society because of their number and growth speed.In addition,the rapid development of urban economy promoted the large number of rural labor to the city,rural families in the social transformation period of great changes.The traditional rural areas with extremely remarkable homogeneity are impacted by the market economy,the internal difference of the village is increasingly obvious,that is,the development level of the rural families is different.In the traditional rural family pension increasingly weak,rural differentiation gradually in the background,the rural family pension present situation presents many characteristics.The rural elderly is a kind of social vulnerable role,their own conditions and social resources are obviously inadequate,their elderly life is facing a series of difficulties.This paper takes the related theory of social stratification as theoretical support,combined with the changes of family production and life of M village,the economic standard as the main aspect of measuring the social stratification of villages,the rural elderly family can be divided into upper level,upper and middle class,middle level,lower and middle class,lower level.In the analysis of the supply of rural family endowment resources and the needs of the elderly,found that from the economic material level to the spiritual level,different levels of the elderly family have obvious difference,empty nest,widows and other different properties of elderly in the family to enjoy the endowment resources are also different.From the economic support and demand,there are four cases in M village: the first is the family economy support is strong,the elderly need is weak;The second is the family economy support is weak,the elderly need is weak;The third is the family economy support is weak,the elderly economic need is strong;The fourth is strong family economy,the elderly economic need is strong.The old-age status of M village reflects that the qualify of life of the elderly is divides,and the low standard of living and quality of life between the elderly is different.Therefore,on the basis of the comprehensive personal and family differences,the family level of the elderly is integrated,and think that under the background of the changes of the traditional rural family pension function,the characteristics and functions of modern rural family pension should be fully recognized.Although the different levels of family endowment resources show imbalance,this imbalance refers to the extent of the weakening of family pension function,but we cannot think that family pension has no future development,the quality of life is not high.We should start from different family level,according to the supply and demand of the elderly at different levels,selectively supplement the elderly resources,increase the propaganda and support of family endowment protection,and give the advantage of family pension.
