This article is an ethnographic research report on management cultural of Y secondary vocational school,aim to analyze the present situation and the trend of management culture through research.Education attracts more and more attention along with the development of era,it has become the focus of social attention.also school's development needs is improving,constantly seeking transcendence.At present,the vocational school's management level and education pace is dragging,school's management concept behind,the level is low,the method is single,management culture became the resistance of the school development.The study object Y is such a school,although obtain many achievements in the development,also found the problems that exist in the management,Y actively pursuing to change,with the help of outside experts project team for change,the author is as members of the team,and have the opportunity to infiltrate into the Y school to carry out observation and in-depth interviews research,clear up the current situation of school management,on the basis of attribution analysis,to put forward corresponding improvement path for Y school.This article mainly through the questionnaire investigation,interview method,observation method and ethnography method,to study the management culture of Y school,found that some problems:the faculty's management cultural identity is low,the management concept is relatively backward,the rules and regulations is not perfect,the communication mechanism is not clear.The reason is:the lack of common core values,the lack of executive leadership qualities,the limitations of"ceiling" phenomenon,the background of the industry control,lack of humanization,Through the above analysis,to provide some reference Suggestions to Y school.Through studies to put forward measures to reconstruct school management culture:using culture management to mold core values;improve leadership of school leaders;shaping institutional culture of the authority and effectiveness;improve benign circulation channels of communication;establish the humanist management idea.
