| Picture books is a bridge,set up the children from the outside world.Picture books is a form of literature,the story behind the profound meaning and message.The profound meaning and information is often the theme of the picture books,are some of the main creators want to pass to the reader.Compared with the adult,the growth of children with unique characteristics and laws.Therefore,the way they look at things and the point of view often surprising.This research adopts qualitative research methods,with the children of 5 to 6years old as the research object,based on the age characteristics and life experience of the young children,choose the representative picture books that Something from Nothing and Piggy Book as the carrier,through one-on-one interviews to understand the status of the army of children’s understanding of this theme is to present what they like,and discuss on the basis of the analysis of higher class children in understanding the strategy and method to use when painting the theme.The study found that 5-6 years old children read this story theme performance characteristics has the following several aspects: Most 5 to 6 years old children think this story has a single theme;Most 5 to 6 years old children can become concentrated meaningful picture books story theme expression;5-6 years old children interpret the theme of the story from multiple angles;5 to 6 years old children main use the strategy of story elements to interpret the theme of the picture books.At the same time,5 to 6years old children’s reading picture books story theme strategy has three.The first is to speculate based on the plot of the story;Second,the interpretation of the visual content of the drawing;Third,explain the subject from the experience of your own life.Third,based on the story of a plot to conjecture.Based on the 5 to 6 years old of young children’s understanding of this theme,understand strategy to explore,for educators to put forward the following suggestions: Flexible use of social themes of picture books,promote the development of children’s social cognition;Choose the story vivid and interesting picture books for children’s clear understanding subject;Increase the interaction and discussion,reading to promote children’s understanding and language expression ability. |
